Be it low priced through PostNL, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 15 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

Returns are not free and we ask for a contribution to cover the shipping costs of your return. This usually works out cheaper than other companies that do not offer free returns. The amount of your return contribution is determined based on your outward shipment. For example, if your package has been sent as a letterbox package, €3.75 will be charged as a contribution and you must return it as a letterbox package.

 

Received a defective, incomplete or incorrect item? Please report these defects as soon as possible to our customer service via info@onlinemart.nl or 06 14121415 . Please await our further instructions.

Items excluded from return policy
For hygienic and safety reasons, hairpieces (wigs, mustaches and beards, etc.), party lenses, face masks, face paint and make-up items and helium tanks cannot be returned. If you have any doubts or questions about the items you want to return, do not hesitate to contact us.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Onlinemart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
